Content updates for the Application are made via the web based Content Management System. Once these content changes have been approved by your approvers within your organisation, they are then published in real-time to the Communication Service. The Communication Service has 2 main functions. The first function is that it broadcasts the updated content to the mobile platforms. The second function is that it receives App usage information and stores this analytical information into the Reporting System.
