How long does it take to get the Mobile App for my destination?

Once we have all the information we need, it can take around 2 weeks before you can have a test version to use. Once you approve this version it can take Apple 2-5 weeks to publish the application. Unfortunately this process is out of our hands.

How large is the App to download from the App store?

Currently it is around 5 meg in size which is well under the limit of 20 meg where you need to use wireless to download.

Does the iPhone App need to be connected online?

Yes the Mobile App retieves data from our servers however it will cache this data as much as possible. We are in the process of developing an offline version which will allow the user to refresh the data in one go when they have access to a wireless connection.

Does your Solution support destinations outside Australia?

Yes, the Solution would integrate well to destinations outside Australia.

Do you have an Android Version?

In January 2012 we will commence building an Android version which will have the same functionality of the iPhone version.

Will the Android version have an additional cost to my package?

The Android platform will be an optional addition to your package and would add approximately $1,500 - $2,000 to your yearly package cost.
